Fees & Rebates
Normalise Psychology aims to be transparent about fees while recognising that individual needs and services can vary.
Psychological therapy
Session fee:
$220 per appointment.
Sessions are typically 50 minutes in duration.
Medicare rebates
Medicare rebates may be available with a valid Mental Health Care Plan from your GP. Rebates are processed following payment of the session fee.
If you’re unsure about your eligibility for a Mental Health Care Plan or rebate arrangements, this can be discussed with your GP or clarified at the time of enquiry.
Cognitive & neurodevelopmental assessments
Assessment fees vary depending on the type, scope, and complexity of the assessment required.
Assessment services may involve a combination of:
• initial consultation and history-taking
• standardised assessment sessions
• scoring, interpretation, and integration of results
• report writing and feedback
Because assessment needs differ between individuals, fees are discussed upon enquiry once referral questions and requirements are clarified.
