Our Services

Individual Psychological Therapy

Individual therapy is offered for adults seeking support with emotional, psychological, or relational difficulties. People attend therapy for many reasons, including stress, anxiety, low mood, identity-related concerns, relationship patterns, or challenges arising from life transitions.

Therapy is collaborative and adapted to the individual, drawing on evidence-based approaches to support understanding, skill development, and more effective ways of responding to life’s demands.

Cognitive & Neurodevelopmental Assessments.

Cognitive and neurodevelopmental assessments are currently being offered to primary-school aged children to help clarify cognitive functioning, learning profiles, attention, or developmental presentation.

Assessments are individualised and discussed clearly prior to commencement, including scope, time requirements, and fees.

Parent and Family Support

Support is offered for parents and families where relational or developmental factors are relevant. This may include working with parents to better understand a child’s emotional or behavioural presentation, strengthen parenting skills, and support healthier parent–child relationships.

Work with children typically involves parents or caregivers, recognising the important role of relationships and environment in development.
